The OYRR Direct Expansion (DX) Air Handling Unit is a self-contained air treatment system equipped with its own cooling/heating source. By placing the evaporator of the refrigeration system directly inside the AHU to exchange heat with the air, it eliminates the intermediate chilled water circulation loop. This results in rapid heat exchange, high energy efficiency, and a minimized risk of condensation. Utilizing an exclusively developed "cold bridge-free aluminum alloy frame + high-pressure foamed panel" structure, the unit delivers outstanding insulation and air-tightness. It can freely combine filtration, dehumidification, and heating sections to widely satisfy the temperature, humidity, and cleanliness requirements of large/medium public buildings and industrial plants.
Features:
Cold Bridge-Free & Anti-Leakage Casing: Constructed with high-strength aluminum alloy profiles and a double-ring labyrinth sealing structure to prevent cold bridges. The panel thermal resistance exceeds 0.74m²·K/W, ensuring an extremely low air leakage rate and completely eliminating panel condensation.
Efficient DX Heat Exchange: Features a hydrophilic aluminum foil design with a wide fin pitch (2.2-2.4mm) to prevent dust accumulation. Paired with inner-grooved copper tubes to expand the refrigerant evaporation area, its thermal response speed is 30% faster than hydronic systems.
Year-Round Wide-Temperature Operation: Equipped with a condensing pressure control system and a high-pressure anti-liquid slugging design. It guarantees stable cooling or heating year-round, whether in scorching summer, freezing winter, or transitional seasons.
Stepless Smart Throttling: Employs electronic expansion valves (EEV) or externally equalized thermostatic expansion valves (TXV) from internationally renowned brands, offering high linear proportional accuracy for ultra-precise refrigerant regulation.
