Featuring a modular building-block design, the unit can flexibly integrate dozens of functional sections—such as mixing, filtration, cooling, heating, humidification, sound attenuation, and fans—to meet diverse requirements for air volume (1,000 m³/h - 60,000 m³/h), static pressure, temperature, humidity, and air cleanliness. As an exceptional terminal "respiratory system" for chilled water central air conditioning, it undertakes the critical mission of deep indoor air dedusting, precise constant temperature and humidity control, and fresh air replacement.
Features:
High-Precision Casing Craftsmanship: Utilizing a 30mm/50mm high-pressure polyurethane foaming process with internal/external color steel (or stainless steel) plates. The panels are flush with the framework, offering extreme flatness and eliminating dead corners for dust accumulation, fully complying with GMP cleanroom specifications.
Full-Effect T/RH & Purification Control: Standardly equipped with PTC electric/steam heating and multiple humidification solutions (electrode/dry steam/high-pressure micro-mist). It can house built-in multi-stage filters from G4 primary to H13 high-efficiency, alongside UV sterilization modules.
High Static Pressure & Ultra-Quiet Integration: Featuring low-noise double-inlet centrifugal fans from top-tier domestic and international brands. High-damping shock absorbers between the fan and base ensure abundant air volume with smooth, vibration-free operation.
Rigorous Access Protection: Each section is equipped with a dedicated access door, specifically configured as positive or negative pressure doors based on the unit's internal pressure characteristics. Hollow sealing rubber rings are used to achieve perfect air blockage.
