On December 3,2013,Hi-tech enterprise confirmation project of “Guangzhou Eurasian”officially started.

High-tech enterprise refers to constantly research ,develop and transformation of technological achievement ,carry out business activities on the basis of forming enterprise core independent intellectual property rights,the enterprise must be the resident enterprise within the territory of the peoples’s Republic of China and registered more than one year. It shall be an intellect-intensive and technology-intensive economic entity.

High and new technology enterprise refers to the high-tech fields of the national key support, continuous research and development and transformation of technical achievements, forming enterprise core independent intellectual property rights, and on this basis to carry out business activities, within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) resident enterprise registered more than one year. It shall be an intellect-intensive and technology-intensive economic entity.
